Let me introduce myself: I am Michele A. Costanzo, a licensed Realtor® in the greater Charleston area since 2002.

Fortunate to be one of the top real estate professionals in the Tri-County area since beginning my career, first receiving industry and company accolades as Rookie of the Year, then being amongst the Diamond Circle of Excellence, and a Realtor of Distinction with the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors® each year since.

Prior professional experience as an interior designer has been a key factor in creating a superlative real estate experience for many of my clients by creating a link between buying a property and making it a home or business. Utilizing design experience, I can offer knowledge and assistance for those interested in building or renovating, as well as those interested in the Commercial Real Estate market.
